All items are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) for production and processing before it’s handed over to our shipping partners.

Delivery typically takes approximately 10–15 days, depending on your location and local carrier handling.

Because we work with a trusted print-on-demand partner, we don’t hold excess inventory. This allows us to produce responsibly, avoid overproduction, and offer more considered designs — better for you and better for the planet. 🌍

⚠️ Customs & Import Fees

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders refused or delayed due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds.

 



🔄 Returns & Issues


Because each item is made specifically for you,
we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

That said, we stand fully behind our work.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@fuchssake.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review it promptly and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
