Because each Fuchs Sake piece is made to order, we approach returns a little differently than traditional retail — while always aiming to be fair.


Our Money-Back Promise

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

This includes:

  • Printing defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Wrong item received

In these cases, you may choose:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


Sizing & Fit

We encourage all customers to carefully review our size charts before ordering.

Because items are made specifically for you:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference changes

This helps us keep our products sustainable, fairly priced, and responsibly produced.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If there is an issue covered under our Money-Back Promise, we will replace the item or refund you accordingly.

For sizing-related reorders, we may offer a one-time courtesy discount at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, washed, or altered

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

However, please note:

  • This right does not apply to made-to-order or customized goods, which includes our products
  • Refunds under this provision apply only where legally required

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
