Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Every piece is printed to order, so there are two steps:
Printing: 1–2 business days
Delivery: 7–10 business days
Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
Everything is printed on demand by our production partner in China and shipped directly to you from there. We tried local print partners first, but quality wasn't consistent from one market to the next. Working with one partner means you get the same garment and the same print quality, wherever you order from.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Every order ships internationally, so it passes through customs on the way to you. Most arrive within the delivery window, but an occasional customs check can add a few days. If it's been more than 10 business days since your order shipped, check your tracking link first. If it still hasn't moved, get in touch and we'll look into it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check our tracking page. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or get in touch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before your order goes to print, and that happens quickly. Once it's printed, it's made just for you, so we can't change or cancel it.
Why didn't I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders, as shown at checkout. It can't be combined with other discounts or promotions, so if another code is applied, free shipping may not be available.
Product & fit
What fits do you offer?
- Boxy fit: wider and shorter, with a relaxed, modern silhouette. Heavyweight 280 g/m² cotton.
- Regular fit: slightly relaxed with a clean shape. Midweight 220 g/m² cotton.
- Classic fit: a timeless straight cut, not oversized and not tight. Lightweight 180 g/m² cotton
What sizes do you offer?
XS to 3XL on most styles. Every product page has its own size guide with flat-lay measurements. Compare them with a tee you already own for the best fit.
How do I care for my tee?
Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, with similar colours. Don't bleach, soak or wring it, and hang it to dry. Treat the print well and it'll last.
What is Fuchs Sake?
A streetwear brand built around air-cooled Porsche culture. The name is a nod to the iconic Fuchs wheel. And no, we don't sell sake. Fuchs Sake is a brand of Qreative Cartel Ltd, registered in the UK.
Returns & issues
What's your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. My item arrived damaged, defective or wrong
Sorry about that. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
